Tiger's Swoosh Will Return - Sort Of

The last thing anybody wants to read or hear about right now -- then again, the tv ratings might dispute this -- is about Tiger Woods and what his future holds, as more and more sordid stories are revealed and sponsors drop like Tiger's 10 foot birdie putts.
But it has occurred to me that while Tiger continues to hide from the public in hopes his pr machine can salvage something, heck, anything, from this daily carnage, all is not lost if you're a Tiger fan or at least sympathizer.
First, don't get me wrong. I love Tiger as a golfer and will watch ANY event he's in to see what happens. Like just about everyone else, I was surprised but not shocked at his "double life", and there is simply no defense for any of his actions if only a fraction of them are actually true.
A couple things did surprise me though. First of all, I fully expected him to face a camera, even if its with Oprah, long before now to convey his remourse, rather than a series of tweets that are carefully worded press releases that actually all but chastise the media for making this a story "bigger than life". Yes, the same media that gleefully hailed Tiger as the "family man" of the year, has now turned on him, just as it does on ANY celebrity who falls from grace.
